【Ticket Price】

￥13,000 (tax included)

  • The price is the same for all performances.
  • No admission for preschool children.
  • Additional ticket agency fees apply.
  • Tickets cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded for any reason after purchase. Please note this in advance.
  • The concert content is subject to change without notice.
  • There is possibility of random ID checks at the entrance the venue.
  • Please refrain from contacting the venue regarding the concert.

【Ticket Limit】

Up to 4 tickets per person for each performance.

【Regarding Ticket Application】

  • Refunds after purchase, seat changes after admission, and complaints for any reason (including poor health) will not be accepted. Please understand this in advance.
  • Tickets cannot be changed or refunded except in case of concert cancellation. Please understand this in advance.
  • When purchasing multiple tickets, you may not be seated next to each other. Please understand this in advance.
  • Some of the information entered during ticket application and some registered information with Ticket Pia may be provided to J HARMONY Inc. The provided information will only be used for member verification and lottery operations and will be promptly deleted after completion of the work.

Except for special circumstances, the information will not be disclosed or provided to third parties without the customer’s consent.

【During the performance】

  • When using light stick, please be mindful not to disturb other customers. Goods that extend into the neighboring seat or aisle are prohibited.
  • If staff determine that items are disruptive to the performance or to other customers, their use may be prohibited. Please understand this in advance.
  • Please set to silent mode for all electronic devices.
  • If a customer appears to be in poor physical health, staff may speak to them and restrict participation. If you feel unwell during the performance, please inform the nearest staff without delay.
  • Please sit in the seat indicated on your ticket.
  • At the empty seats or seats not for sale, or moving seats is strictly prohibited as it may disturb other customers.

【After the performance】

  • To avoid congestion, exiting after the concert will be regulated. Please follow the staff’s instructions to exit.

【Other information】

  • Please follow the instructions of the staff on the day. Your understanding and cooperation are appreciated.
  • Failure to comply may result in denial of entry or removal from the venue.
  • Photographing and recording in the venue are strictly prohibited. If we found the action will be leave from the venue.
  • Waiting for artists arrival/departure around the venue is prohibited for the safety of both artists and customers. Please notice this in advance.
